Ah, Linda, I wish Google's dictation worked as well on the Mac. Dictation is frustrating on Macs since Dragon died, or at least it was until I started using the Just Press Record app on my iphone, which transcribes (about as well as Google does, meh but okay I'll take it). I often use that for my first outpouring of ideas and then edit the transcript.
